(CNN)Todd and Julie Chrisley are talking about a “very sad, heartbreaking time” for their family after being convicted. Conspiracy to defraud banks of more than 30 million.

    “I want all of you people to know every detail that is happening in our lives, and I want to ask you to respect that we are not allowed to talk about it right now,” said Todd Crisley. “There will come a time when all of this will be discussed.”
      “We wanted to come today and tell everyone that this is a very sad, heartbreaking time for our family,” he added. “But we are still firm in our faith and we believe that God will do the best he can because God is a miracle worker and that is what we are striving for.”
      “We’re alive and kicking and we appreciate all the support we get from everyone,” said Julie Crisley.
      The “Chrisley Nose Best” star and his accountant Peter Tarantino were also convicted of a number of tax offenses and Julie Chrisley was found guilty of obstruction of justice and wire fraud.
          Todd Crisley said he received gifts and messages from fans and left people to bring food to their front door and asked them to drive for hours.
          He said, “The love that has spread across the country so far is helping us to wake up every day.”
