According to CBS DFW, an officer was injured after the suspect opened fire on law enforcement, which is considered fatal.

During the protest, the suspect placed “fire extinguishers” on the front porch of the house and started a fire.

Law enforcement officers were originally at home to arrest the suspect in connection with the criminal warrant.
