Texas A&M exposes hypocrisy in email seeking suspension of Nick Saban | Feedback

- Advertisment -

Director of Texas A&M Athletics Ross JorkLike his football coach, not talking.

If I send a letter via email asking for another 10 minutes before another school coach to impose fines, I will not even speak, my coach said more than enough to impose the same fines according to the same logic.

On Monday, an email to Texas A&M SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey declined to comment on Bjork’s report. Retrieved by, The morning after Nick Saban’s controversial comments, A&M “bought every player” through NIL deals in its top-rated recruiting class. Co-signed TAMU President M. Catherine BanksThe letter sent to the SEC office asked that the sanctions on Saban be considered not only as a public apology, but also as a suspension and fine.

Tuscaloosa News received Bjక్rk’s email on May 19 and although the body of the letter is noticeable, the timestamp on it is hard to believe: 10:29 am Here is your sequencing from the college station that day:

10 a.m .: Fisher press conference begins.

10:19 am: Fisher ends his remarks after firing the most manually possible ground in 19 minutes.

10:29 am: Bjork email letter to Sanki.

Bjork heard his coach Saban call God Complex a narcissist who suggested he should be slapped as a child and repeatedly questioned his morals, but gave nothing in the specific way. Did he then send an email complaining about Saban’s comments? It’s a bit rich. As soon as Fisher gave nothing in support of his own vague allegations, his email further complained that Saban had not cited any facts in support of his statement.

If sent before Fisher’s press conference, Bjork’s email would be perfectly justified, as no one – including Bjork – could predict the A&M coach’s completely non – adhesive string.

But it is not so.

If Fisher’s press conference had been in a respectable way, it would have been in perfect sync with Bjక్rk’s email to the league. But it’s not even that. Fisher’s venomous ranting instead took a decisive disrespectful low road.

Fisher did not start this dust-up, but he undoubtedly threw a lot of mud. His athletics director Saban’s remarks were written “exactly 10 minutes after his own coach took those concerns to a fresh level” below the SEC’s honor and eroding the fabric of sportsmanship in college football.

What happened in Bjork’s mind in the short time between Fisher’s comments and sending his email? No one can blame him for being upset with Saban’s comments, but common sense should tell him that the moral tone in his email was completely damaged by his own coach. At that point, the letter should not be sent at all.

There are a lot of unknowns here that add to the context.

Did Bjక్rk warn Fisher not to hold a press conference, as the emails did to Sankey? That’s possible – if Sankey knew that Fisher was outraged with his comments, Jork knew it too.

Was the Beijing letter already prepared before Fisher ignited the microphone? Almost certainly. With the co-signature of the school president, the chances of it being written within minutes of Fisher’s rot ending are practically nil. Perhaps, it was designed for the quiet fisherman.

However it is difficult to imagine in what context Bjork would explain Fisher’s comments without realizing the hypocrisy required to press the send button 10 minutes later.
