Philadelphia authorities have issued a death warrant for a third person in connection with the killing of one of two innocent spectators in a mass shooting that killed three people and injured 11 over the weekend.

“The district attorney’s office has issued an arrest warrant for the murder of one of the two innocent passengers killed in Saturday night’s mass shooting on South Road,” the district attorney’s office said Wednesday night. “We will not release identification information until the person has been arrested by law enforcement.”

The search is on for two more suspects in the weekend shooting.

Koran Garner, 18, faces serious assault, assault on a law enforcement officer and weapons charges. Rashan Verin, a 34-year-old man believed to have been involved in the initial fighting that started the shooting, has been charged with multiple counts, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy and aggravated assault.

Authorities say a gunfight broke out between the three men. Two men, Gregory Jackson and Micah Towns, both had firearms licenses. Fox Philadelphia reported.

Jackson is believed to have fired the first shot, injuring Towns, who fired and killed Jackson. A third man, believed to be Verin, was detained by a U.S. Marshal’s team on Monday, according to news outlets.

Garner fired in the direction of the brawl and had a ghost gun, police said. Police officers shot him in the hand.

The man currently being searched is believed to have fired a .40 caliber weapon that killed 24-year-old Alexis Quinn, who police believe was one of two innocent spectators killed in the shooting.

He is believed to be armed and dangerous, officials said.
