Remember Kyle Farnsworth?
He is a former MLB reliever with 57 stakes, 4.26 ERA and nine stops in his 16-season career ending after 2014.
Now? The 6-foot-4 former pitcher is a competitive bodybuilder. And the photo posted on Tuesday shows how far he has come in that career.
He is already a big man, listed at 230 pounds in his playing career. Now? Depending on the look of the Twitter snap he delivered, he looks a lot bigger, with muscles coming out from everywhere.

Reminder that no one wanted to fight him:
From ESPN The Magazine in 2010:
Everyone in the clubhouse watched the videos and listened to the stories and everyone believed the legend of Kyle Farnsworth. According to The Magazine’s MLB Confidential Survey, Jarnaimon’s Rollercoaster career has been selected as the toughest person in Roller Baseball. Wondering? He once hit a guy for giving him a funny look.
Back in 2005, during a bench-clearing clash, Farnsworth caught the eye of then-Royals lieutenant Jeremy Afeld, who was with the Tigers. After the game, Afeld offered his version of what happened next: “He said, ‘Do you want to fight?’ I said, “No, I do not want quarrels. What do you think?” Afeld looked at him wrongly or looked at him. ” Ran, lifted him up and dropped him down. “He suplexed him,” Buck shook his head.
