Mayim Bialik is Kovid-19 turned out to be positive.

“Geopardy!” The host went on Instagram on Monday, where she revealed her diagnosis. The actress said that she was infected with the virus after vaccination and boost.

“I have COVID, and this is not a joke here,” Bialick said in the clip. “Very tired, fatigue is very specific. I got mononucleosis when I was in college and got tired where you could not stay awake. You can try to stay awake, but suddenly you have to go to sleep.”

“I hope it passes quickly,” she shared. “I’m trying to believe my body knows what to do. I have asthma, I have thyroid disease, which means it’s an immune-compromising condition.”

The star said her friend suggested she try heating lemon juice with ginger and turmeric to help reduce her symptoms.

“One of the annoying things about COVID is that everyone has things you need to do,” Bialick said. “I have zinc and magnesium and immune factors. D3, this mad vitamin C tastes very bad, but it’s good for you.”

“Do you know what else works strangely? Graham crackers and dark chocolate!” She teased. “I don’t know, that’s exactly what I wanted.”

Bialik quickly pointed out that she was “not trying to make any of this point easy”.

“I know there are people who don’t have the resources or care,” she says. “This is something I’m been following since the beginning of COVID. I’m thinking about all the people who have small children, especially single parents, I can not imagine the need to look after young children because of this level of fatigue.
