Netflix provided fans Sneak peek at Ana de Armas’ Marilyn Monroe with the teaser trailer for “Blonde”

The trailer dropped on Thursday and Characteristics of weapons Like Marilyn Monroe. The actress is shown in various scenes in the trailer.

“Blonde” was written and directed by Andrew Dominic. The film is based on the 2000 book by Joyce Carol Oates. Other cast include Bobby Kannavale, Adrian Brady, Julianne Nicholson, Javier Samuel and Evan Williams.

The film received an NC-17 rating, meaning that no one under the age of 17 would be allowed to see the film. This is the first Netflix movie to receive a rating.

The highest rating given by the Motion Picture Association to films is NC-17. R-rated allows minors aged 17 and under to watch the movie with their parents or guardians.

According to de Armas, Dominic’s “hopes were very clear from the beginning: presenting the life of Marilyn Monroe through her lens”.

“He wanted the world to experience what he thought was not only Marilyn, but also Norma Jean,” de Armas told the Netflix queue for a “blonde” first look interview. “I found her story to be the most daring, baseless and feminist I’ve ever seen.”

To prepare for The character of MonroeDe Armas studied Monroe’s photographs, video and audio recordings, as well as a book written by Oates.

“We worked for hours every day for almost a year for this film,” de Armas said. “I read Joyce’s novel, hundreds of photographs, videos, audio recordings, films – anything I could get my hands on. Every scene was inspired by an existing photo. We look at every detail in the photo and discuss what’s going on.”
